AgroTrack
The same engine, built for the estate.
Attendance, payroll and operations for palm-oil estates and the mills behind them — a worker app, a company web panel, and a portal for groups running many sites. Built on CoalTrack’s foundation, with a working demo.

What it does.
AgroTrack takes what CoalTrack learned about fraud-resistant attendance and compliant payroll to palm-oil estates and the mills behind them — where the same problems live at a larger, multi-site scale, across harvesters, maintenance crews, foremen, clerks and mill operators.
For an estate, payroll is the thing that has to be right. On top of BPJS, PPh 21 and PDF payslips, AgroTrack computes the daily-labour (BHL) wage and the harvest premium straight from production: the bunches above a harvester’s basis, at the rate you set. Around it sit production (estate and mill), fertilizer stock, inventory and purchase requests.
A group portal runs many companies and estates from one place, each isolated with its own panel, employees and payroll. A working demo is available on request.

The panel behind it.
The web panel for HR: dashboards for attendance, production, warehouse and payroll cost — all in the browser.

What it handles, in detail.
Harvest premium, computed for you
The daily-labour (BHL) wage and the harvest premium — bunches above each harvester’s basis × the rate — are calculated from production data, on top of BPJS, PPh 21 and letterheaded PDF payslips.
Production, estate to mill
Daily harvest per harvester, block and division (bunches and kilograms of fresh fruit), plus a mill summary — fruit received, CPO, kernel and extraction rate.
Fertilizer stock and inventory
Fertilizer stock per warehouse with usage per block and low-stock alerts, plus an inventory of spare parts, PPE and harvest tools with minimum-stock thresholds.
Purchase requests that close the loop
Requests move from raised to approved or rejected to purchased — and can be created straight from an item that is running low.
One portal, many companies
A group layer runs multiple companies and estates, each isolated with its own panel, employees, schedules and payroll — attendance tracked per division, as in CoalTrack.
Where it fits.
- Palm-oil estates tracking field attendance
- Mills running shift-based payroll
- Estates paying a harvest premium
- Groups managing many estates from one portal

Attendance you can’t fake. Payroll that follows the law.
Workers check in with one tap — on the server’s clock, with real GPS, from one approved phone. Payroll follows from the hours actually worked: overtime, BPJS, PPh 21 TER, and a payslip in every inbox.
