We take the security of your data seriously. Here is how we protect it across our products and client work.
Our approach
Security isn’t a feature we bolt on — it is part of how we build. Our products handle sensitive data such as phone numbers, email addresses and payroll records, so protecting it is a core responsibility.
This page describes the practices we hold ourselves to across our products and client engagements.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using modern TLS, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Secrets and credentials are kept out of source code.
Infrastructure
We run on reputable cloud providers with network isolation, least-privilege access and regular patching. Backups are taken regularly and tested for restore.
Access control
Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, protected by strong authentication and logged. Access is reviewed regularly and removed promptly when it is no longer needed.
